Role: Lead Python Engineer | Location: India (Remote) Role & Responsibilities • Architect and deliver scalable Python-based back-end systems and microservices; set technical direction and own architectural decisions. • Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or Django; optimise for latency, throughput, and security. • Drive containerization and deployment strategies using Docker and cloud services (AWS); implement IaC and production-ready observability. • Lead code reviews, enforce engineering best practices, and define CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cadence and reliability. • Mentor and grow a team of engineers—hire, coach, run technical reviews, and establish standards for testing and documentation. • Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to translate requirements into sprint plans, estimate effort, and ensure timely delivery.
