We are building a modern, health-forward food brand rooted in traditional nutrition. Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Assistant – Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Ghatkopar. This role requires hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media strategy, and marketplace coordination. The ideal candidate should be analytical, creative, and comfortable working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to drive measurable growth. Key Responsibilities• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads Manager) • Develop and manage the brand’s organic social media strategy • Create engaging, high-quality content aligned with brand positioning • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using web analytics tools • Monitor digital marketing trends and implement best practices • Coordinate with external agencies for marketplace (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) and quick commerce management • Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve visibility and traffic • Ensure consistent digital engagement to enhance brand awareness and customer interaction Required Skills & Qualifications• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing & Digital Marketing strategies • Hands-on experience running Meta performance campaigns • Strong understanding of Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager insights, etc.) • Working knowledge of SEO & SEM fundamentals • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategy • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
