Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Ground Crew member at Orionin Airways Hospitality and Tourism Services Pvt Ltd, based in Lucknow. The Ground Crew will be responsible for assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes, managing luggage handling, ensuring safety compliance, and providing exceptional customer service. Some work from home may also be acceptable for specific administrative tasks. Qualifications • Excellent oral and written Communication skills for effective interaction with passengers and colleagues. • Strong Customer Service abilities, with a polite and helpful attitude to ensure positive passenger experiences. • Proficiency in Computer Literacy to handle digital systems and tools efficiently. • Basic knowledge of Aircraft and Aviation-related operations to adhere to airline protocols and safety measures. • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team. • Previous experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus. • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in aviation or customer service will be advantageous.
