Media Marketing/Content Creator

Job Description We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator to join our team at our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in creating engaging, platform-specific content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth. Key Responsibilities Create engaging content across formats: social media posts, reels, videos, infographics, and more Develop ideas and scripts for short-form videos and coordinate basic production Stay updated with digital trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithms (especially Instagram & YouTube) Write captions, hooks, and copy aligned with brand tone and messaging Collaborate with design, video, and marketing teams to execute campaigns Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery and posting Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement metrics Eligibility Criteria • Bachelor's degree in Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field • 13 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media marketing • Strong command of visual storytelling and digital content trends • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Express, or similar • Basic video editing or reel-making skills • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
