The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources department in managing daily HR operations, employee records, recruitment coordination, and compliance activities. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth HR administration and supporting employee engagement across warehouse, logistics, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Assist in posting job openings on job portals and internal platforms.
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules.
• Support onboarding activities including documentation, joining formalities, and induction.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
2. Employee Records & HR Administration
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Update employee information in HR systems and files.
• Manage employee attendance, leave records, and personnel files.
3. Payroll & Compliance Support
• Assist in payroll data preparation such as attendance and overtime reports.
• Support statutory compliance including PF, ESI, labor laws, and documentation.
• Coordinate with the finance team for payroll inputs.
4. Employee Engagement
• Support employee welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
• Assist in grievance handling and maintaining positive employee relations.
5. HR Reporting
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount reports, attendance reports, and recruitment status reports.
• Maintain HR dashboards and trackers.
6. Training & Development Support
• Assist in organizing training sessions and maintaining training records.
7. General HR Support
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for HR-related matters.
• Ensure smooth communication between employees and management.
Key Skills Required
• Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or HR administration preferred.
Preferred Experience
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain companies will be an advantage.
• Exposure to attendance management, recruitment coordination, and HR documentation.

Pay: ₹8,561.72 - ₹31,391.76 per month
