About Us Oxirhoda Pharmaceuticals is a growing pharmaceutical distribution and marketing company committed to regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and ethical drug supply practices. We are expanding our operations and seeking a qualified Pharmacist to serve as the Competent Person under our wholesale drug licence. Job Summary We are looking for a licensed Pharmacist to supervise pharmaceutical operations in compliance with the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and Drugs and Cosmetics Rules, 1945. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper storage, documentation, and lawful distribution of medicines. Key Responsibilities • Supervise purchase, storage, and sale of pharmaceutical products • Ensure compliance with wholesale drug licence conditions (Form 20B / 21B if applicable) • Maintain stock records, batch tracking, and expiry monitoring • Ensure drugs are sold only to valid licence holders • Maintain statutory records for Schedule H/H1/X drugs (if applicable) • Ensure proper storage conditions including cold chain maintenance • Coordinate during inspections by Drug Control authorities • Prevent sale of expired or damaged products Qualifications • B.Pharm or D.Pharm from a recognized institution • Valid registration with State Pharmacy Council • Experience in wholesale/distribution preferred • Good knowledge of drug regulatory requirements • Basic computer skills (billing software, MS Excel) Requirements • Must be available full-time during business hours • Strong documentation and compliance mindset • Attention to detail and responsible conduct • Good communication skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: • Commuter assistance • Health insurance • Leave encashment • Paid sick time Work Location: In person
