We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our human resources department. In this role, you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Develop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires are integrated effectively into the company culture.
Performance Management & Development
Design and implement performance appraisal systems that drive high performance.
Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
Conduct periodic market salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation structures.
Employee Relations & Culture
Organize team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure all HR activities comply with local, state, and federal labor laws.
Develop, update, and enforce the Employee Handbook and company policies.
Maintain accurate and secure digital and physical employee records.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
Experience: 3–8+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a management or lead role.
