Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have prior recruitment experience handling KPO clients across the US, UK, Australia, and Germany markets. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage high-volume hiring, and confidence in closing multiple positions within defined turnaround times (TAT). Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. • Handle high-volume hiring requirements and close multiple positions within defined TAT timelines. • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce planning. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels. • Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to assess suitability. • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers. • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for KPO roles supporting US, UK, Australian, and German clients. • Ensure compliance with corporate recruitment policies and Talent Acquisition guidelines. • Maintain recruitment data, candidate records, and reporting. • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment consultancies and external talent partners when required. Required Skills & Qualifications • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably in KPO or international hiring. • Experience working with US, UK, Australian, and German client requirements. • Strong understanding of high-volume hiring and recruitment metrics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously. • Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills. • Familiarity with different job portals, and LinkedIn sourcing. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict TAT timelines.
