India SMB Sales Representative, North & East (Delhi)

As a member of the Inside Sales team at Palo Alto Networks, your role will be crucial in driving the next wave of success for the company. Your responsibilities will include:
- Converting target small and medium businesses into PANW customers, while effectively managing a large number of targets
- Exceeding sales expectations, enhancing client satisfaction, and building long-term relationships
- Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date forecast, documenting all activities and customer interactions in Salesforce.com
- Utilizing phone, email, and internal marketing tools for selling activities, driving new business, and building a future revenue pipeline
- Identifying and collaborating with channel partners to expand reach across the territory and drive partner-led growth
- Proactively identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
- Independently driving sales campaigns, conducting product demos, and proof of concepts
- Staying updated on industry trends and PANW's competitive position
- Maintaining alignment with Channel teams, Business Development Reps, and Sales Engineers
- Ensuring accuracy in account planning and forecasting across multiple clients and prospects
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in selling to Small and Medium customers, with significant time spent in the required market(s)
- Fluency in the local language(s) of target market(s)
- Experience in selling a portfolio of solutions and expanding customer environments with newer solutions
- Familiarity with information technology products and cybersecurity concepts
- Track record of winning new customers and exceeding revenue goals
- Success in working with channel partners or distributors, co-selling, and enabling partner success within the SMB landscape
- Experience in new customer acquisition
- Strong organizational, planning, communication, and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team setting
