Preschool Teacher Trainer – Playway Method

We are looking for an experienced Preschool Teacher Trainer who is passionate about early childhood education and skilled in training educators in the Playway Method of teaching. The ideal candidate will mentor preschool teachers, conduct structured training programs, and help create engaging classroom practices that support holistic development in young learners. This role requires someone who understands modern preschool pedagogy and can translate theory into practical classroom strategies. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver teacher training programs focused on the Playway method and activity-based learning. • Train preschool teachers on classroom management, lesson planning, and child-centered teaching techniques. • Conduct workshops, demonstration classes, and observation sessions for teachers. • Develop training manuals, curriculum support materials, and teaching aids. • Evaluate teachers through classroom observations and feedback sessions. • Support schools in implementing age-appropriate early childhood learning practices. • Stay updated with the latest trends in early childhood education and pedagogy. • Mentor and guide teachers to improve student engagement, creativity, and developmental outcomes. Candidate Requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in teacher training, preferably in preschool or early childhood education. • Strong knowledge of the Playway / experiential learning approach. • Qualification in Early Childhood Education (ECCEd / Montessori / Nursery Teacher Training or equivalent). • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. • Ability to conduct structured workshops and training sessions for teachers. • Must be based in Mumbai. • Passion for developing high-quality early childhood educators.
