Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Spray Painter based in Surat. The Spray Painter will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying various paints and coatings using spray equipment, and ensuring a high-quality finish. Additional responsibilities include maintaining spray painting equipment, adhering to safety standards, and collaborating with the team to meet project deadlines. Qualifications • Proficiency in Spray Painting techniques and tools • Experience in Painting and Decorating with attention to detail • Knowledge of Paints and Coatings, including their application and durability • Ability to identify and prepare surfaces for painting • Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in painting work • Strong time-management and organizational skills • Previous experience in an industrial or automotive painting environment is a plus
