About the job: Key Responsibilities: 1. Branch Setup & Operations: 1. Establish and manage the new Bangalore branch. 2. Handle office setup, local registrations, and vendor coordination. 3. Develop SOPs for smooth branch operations. B. Corporate Business Development: 1. Approach companies, IT firms, and corporate HR departments. 2. Generate corporate travel contracts and booking tie-ups. 3. Build long-term B2B client relationships. 4. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets. C. Marketing & Client Acquisition 1. Promote corporate travel services to potential clients. 2. Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations. 3. Identify new business opportunities in the Bangalore market. D. Recruitment & Team Management 1. Hire ticketing staff, sales executives, and operations team members. 2. Train, mentor, and monitor team performance. 3. Build a strong local sales & operations team. E. Financial & Performance Management 1. Manage branch P&L responsibility. 2. Track sales targets, revenue goals, and business growth. 3. Submit weekly/monthly performance reports to Head Office.
