Do you want to take a legacy Indian personal care brand and scale its D2C footprint across the country’s biggest beauty platforms? At Paras Cosmetics, we’ve spent 50 years perfecting the art of manufacturing quality personal care. Now, we are looking for a high-energy Marketplace Handler to lead our digital storefront operations for Aroma Care. The Mission As our Marketplace Operations Manager, you won’t just be uploading listings; you’ll be the architect of our digital shelf. You will manage our presence on platforms like Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Purplle, and Tira, ensuring our heritage skincare and innovative river-themed fragrances reach the right audience. What You’ll Do • End-to-End Account Management: Handle daily operations on seller portals (Nykaa Seller Interactive, Partner Portal, etc.). • Catalog Mastery: Create SEO-rich listings and high-converting A+ content that tells the story of our 1976 roots and our modern, cruelty-free values. • Inventory & Growth: Monitor stock health to ensure zero OOS (Out of Stock) and lead the execution of platform-specific sales events (Pink Friday, EORS). • Performance Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize ROAS on marketplace ads and improve organic visibility. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 2–4 years in E-commerce/Marketplace management (BPC/Beauty experience is a massive plus!). • Platform Pros: You should navigate Nykaa, Myntra, and Amazon dashboards in your sleep. • Analytical Mindset: You love data and can turn a spreadsheet into an actionable sales strategy. • Operational Grit: You know how to coordinate between manufacturing units and platform category managers to get things done.
