Key Responsibilities
• Assist in maintaining work plans, schedules, and documentation
• Support project and change team reporting including dashboards, status reports, and resource tracking
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and capture notes, action items and follow-ups
• Help monitor project risks, issues, and changes, maintaining relevant logs
• Maintain the PMO documentation repository and ensure compliance with company standards
• Provide administrative support to the Strategic Change Director; Project Managers & Project Owners
• Support time tracking processes
• Liaise with UK-based stakeholders and teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Assist in onboarding new project resources and maintaining PMO knowledge repositories
• Facilitate regular project reviews, status updates, and post-project evaluations
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Exp: 2-4 Yrs
• Degree in relevant field or 1 -2 years in project coordination or PMO role
• Clear understanding of project lifecycle and project governance.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Demonstrable experience in Project administration.
• Experience working with multiple data sources.
• Experience of proficiency in using project management tools.
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
• Understanding of business processes, organizational structures, and how change impacts both.
• Experience in the schools/education marketplace
• A basic understanding of project and programme management methodologies
• Demonstrable experience of managing multiple tasks.
• Skills and Knowledge: | Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English | Strong analytical skills and attention to detail | Ability to multitask and work accurately at pace and under pressure | Collaborative and people-focused, with strong interpersonal skills. | Exceptional organisational and time management skills | Strong teamworking and problem-solving skills | Self-motivated, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
