AP BDS/MDS Dentist - ELURU

Job Description Partha Dental Skin & Hair is a leading healthcare network with a strong focus on patient experience, clinical excellence, and ethical growth. We are looking for a Resident Doctor (Dentist) who will play a critical role in patient consultation, treatment planning, and conversion of walk-in leads into treatments.This role requires a dentist with excellent communication, persuasion, and clinical understanding, capable of converting patient consultations into planned treatments while maintaining high ethical and clinical standards. Patient Consultation & Diagnosis • Attend to walk-in patients and understand their chief complaints through detailed history-taking and clinical examination. • Perform preliminary oral examinations to assess the patient's overall oral health status. • Identify immediate and long-term dental needs based on examination findings. Treatment Planning & Proposal • Explain diagnosis and treatment options clearly to patients in a simple and understandable manner. • Propose appropriate treatment plans aligned with clinical findings and patient needs. • Educate patients on the importance of oral hygiene, preventive care, and timely treatments. Conversion & Revenue Responsibility • Convert walk-in consultations into approved treatment plans with a strong focus on: o Conversion rate o Average ticket size o Ethical treatment recommendation • Address patient concerns related to: o Treatment procedures o Timelines o Cost and value • Work closely with specialists and clinic teams to ensure smooth treatment execution post-conversion. Patient Relationship & Experience • Build trust and rapport with patients through empathetic communication. • Ensure a positive patient experience from consultation to treatment acceptance. • Encourage patient retention and referrals through effective engagement. Collaboration • Coordinate with: o Specialists (Endodontists, Periodontists, Prosthodontists, etc.) o Clinic managers and support staff • Ensure proper handover of cases once treatment plans are finalized. Documentation & Compliance • Maintain accurate clinical notes, treatment plans, and patient records. • Ensure 100% compliance with documentation standards and internal protocols. Performance Metrics • Measured on: o Conversion percentage o Revenue generated o Average ticket size o Patient satisfaction and feedback • Expected to consistently meet or exceed branch-level conversion targets.Qualification • BDS / MDS Experience • Relevant clinical experience with strong exposure to patient consultations and treatment planning • Experience in high walk-in clinics preferred Job Type • Full-time Work Location • Clinic-based (In-person) Compensation • Annual package aligned with experience and performance-based incentives Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
