Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Healthcare Specialist role located in Nasik. The Healthcare Specialist will provide expert medical care and support to patients, ensure the proper administration of treatments, conduct training sessions, and deliver effective communication both with patients and within the healthcare team. The role requires a proactive approach to improving healthcare processes and contributing to high-quality patient outcomes. Qualifications • Certification and expertise in EMT and Medicine • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for patient and team interactions • Experience or knowledge in Training and staff development • Background in healthcare, clinical support, or related roles • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred
