Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Captain at Pass Code Hospitality, located in Bardez. As a Captain, you will oversee and ensure smooth daily operations at the restaurant, maintaining high service standards and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key responsibilities include welcoming guests, ensuring table set-ups, managing order accuracy, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. You will also take a leadership role in managing and coordinating the service team to ensure a seamless and professional dining experience. Qualifications • Proficiency in customer service, table management, and ensuring a welcoming dining environment • Strong team management, organizational, and multitasking skills to oversee and support service staff • Ability to effectively address guest concerns and provide solutions for optimal customer satisfaction • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles is preferred • Strong knowledge of food and beverage pairings and an understanding of F&B trends • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and maintain a professional demeanor
