Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Head Chef role specializing in Indian Cuisine, based in North Goa. The Head Chef will be responsible for designing and crafting innovative Indian menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and maintaining quality standards. Additional responsibilities include ensuring proper hygiene and safety protocols, managing food inventory and procurement, mentoring the kitchen team, and delivering an exceptional culinary experience for patrons. The chef will play a key role in enhancing the restaurant’s reputation through creativity, passion, and leadership. Qualifications - Expertise in Indian cuisine, including a strong understanding of traditional and modern culinary techniques - Solid experience in menu planning, kitchen management, and workflow optimization - Proficiency in staff supervision, training, and teamwork to foster a collaborative work environment - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards and experience in maintaining compliance - Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage inventory and control food costs - Creativity and passion for crafting unique and high-quality culinary dishes - Exceptional leadership and communication skills to motivate and lead a diverse kitchen team - Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred; substantial experience in Indian cuisine may substitute formal education - Interested Candidates kindly mail their CVs to or WhatsApp on +91-XXXXXXXXXX.
