Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive audience engagement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats. - Oversee the development and maintenance of a strong brand identity. - Manage public relations efforts to build positive relationships with the media and key stakeholders. - Lead the development of communication plans to convey the company's vision and values. - Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and engagement. - Oversee the end-to-end process of creating short movies, teasers, trailers, and launches for YouTube and other platforms. - Extensive experience managing a YouTube channel and developing influencer marketing strategies. - Focus on recruiting candidates with a strong background in digital marketing, media, PR, promotions, branding, and communications. - Collaborate with the CEO to represent the brand effectively in various hosting capacities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. - Minimum 8 years of proven experience in marketing, branding, and content creation in the entertainment industry. - Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media trends, and content distribution. - Demonstrated success in executing successful promotional campaigns and increasing audience engagement. - Proficiency in video production and editing tools; experience in creating short movies for YouTube. - Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
