• Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Coordination & Offer Management: Schedule interviews, manage the ATS, and handle offer negotiations and salary discussions.
• Employer Branding & Onboarding: Represent the company at job fairs and support new hire onboarding.
• Reporting: Monitor key metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire to optimize recruitment strategies
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Education:
• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
