Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Laboratory Technician / Phelobotamist at our South Goa district Gogol Margao Goa location. The Medical Laboratory Technician will conduct routine laboratory tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, perform quality control procedures, and prepare specimens for testing. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support diagnostic and patient care efforts. Qualifications * Proficiency in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine. * Strong Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and analysis. * Experience in using, maintaining, and troubleshooting Laboratory Equipment. * Knowledge of Quality Control procedures and standards in a laboratory setting. * Familiarity with healthcare protocols and patient safety practices. * Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and record-keeping skills. * Ability to Work in a fast - Paced Environment And handle emergency case efficiently.
