As the Webmaster & Web Systems Administrator, you are the technical guardian of Patras corporate web presence. Reporting to the IT organization, you will be responsible for backend integrity, connectivity, security of hosted platforms, functionality across multiple browsers and platforms, while supporting the Marketing teams functional needs. This role blends hands-on technical management with cross-functional collaboration, ensuring all systems are integrated, high-performing, and compliant with enterprise security standards.

- Manage and monitor server performance, hardware, and software for web servers
- Design, update, and validate web pages across multiple browsers
- Debug and fix website errors; conduct A/B tests and performance measures
- Manage CDN (Cloudflare/Akamai) configurations and DNS settings for global availability and low latency
- Ensure reliable operation and security of websites and marketing requests
- Complete systems maintenance, service desk tickets, and address user complaints
- Collect and analyze data for performance enhancements, trending analysis, and analytics.
- Act as the primary technical lead for remediating issues identified by the Security Team
- Proactively monitor and improve company ratings on platforms like BitSight and SecurityScorecard
- Implement and maintain security headers (HSTS, CSP, etc.), manage Web Application Firewalls (WAF), and ensure SSL/TLS certificates are current and high-grade
- Maintain strict segregation between Development, Staging, and Production environments
- Adhere to Patra Corps ITIL-based policies and procedure.
- Build and maintain technical integrations between WordPress and external cloud platforms (CRM, Marketing Automation, etc.) via REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks
- Own the Google Tag Manager (GTM) architecture, ensuring the technical Data Layer is correctly configured for accurate data flow and security
- Provide documentation and technical specifications to Marketing and other stakeholders
- Execute all updates, patches, and deployments within a formalized change management framework, including risk assessment and documentation
- Create and maintain technical specifications, integration maps, and how-to documentation for system recovery and troubleshooting
- Use version control (Git) and change management ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow)
- 5 plus years experience
- Experience using version control (Git) and change management ticketing systems
- Expert-level knowledge of WordPress (Technical/Admin) and PHP troubleshooting
- CRM, Automation, REST APIs, JSON, and Webhooks
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks & libraries, web security, CDN, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Mouseflow, Google Tag Manager
- Experience with managed hosting environments, DNS management, and CDN edge rules
- Proficiency with API authentication (OAuth) and advanced GTM
Remote Setting: High-speed, stable internet connection required; must be capable of maintaining secure VPN/ZTA connectivity.
Must strictly adhere to Patra Corps ITIL-based policies and procedures.
Some travel to various field offices may be required
