About the Role • Lead a team of 4frontend engineers and one intern across four product surfaces. • Introduce a proper caching and state management layer (TanStack Query or equivalent). • Establish test coverage from zero — set up Vitest and Testing Library. • Drive architecture improvements and component consolidation across the existing codebase. Required Skills: • 6+ years React experience. • Candidate must have strong proficiency in TypeScript. • Experience leading frontend teams. • Candidate must possess a background in performance optimization.
