The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring the visual presentation of the store aligns with branding guidelines. Additional responsibilities include assisting with sales strategies, handling customer inquiries, and supporting team members to meet sales goals. Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively • Customer service and communication skills, including handling inquiries and providing assistance to ensure client satisfaction • Experience in inventory management, visual merchandising, and store organization • Understanding of sales strategies and basic retail operations • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced on-site environment • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in Business, Management, or a related field is a plus • Previous experience in retail or a management position is highly desirable
