Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tekla Modeler, located in Nagpur. The Tekla Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing structural steel 3D models, preparing detailed fabrication drawings, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. Daily tasks will include collaborating with design and project teams, optimizing steel detailing processes, and coordinating with other stakeholders for seamless project execution. The role also involves maintaining quality standards, troubleshooting design-related issues, and contributing to efficient project workflows. Qualifications • Proficiency in Tekla Structures and other CAD software for 3D modeling and detailing. • Strong knowledge of structural steel design, fabrication standards, and construction methods. • Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings, and produce precise fabrication and assembly details. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Good communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with engineering and design teams. • Knowledge of steel connection design and related calculations is a plus. • Previous experience in pre-engineered building projects is preferred but not mandatory. • Diploma or degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a relevant discipline is required.
