E-commerce Executive - Retail

Pee Aar Industries is a footwear manufacturing company. We manufacture flip-flops, Ortho+Rest comfort footwear, school shoes, and are expanding into sports shoes and sneakers. We serve B2B brands, modern retail, exports, and D2C channels. Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized and data-driven professional to manage and scale our: Quick commerce accounts Company website (D2C) Product listings, pricing & inventory Online order coordination Performance analytics & reporting This role requires ownership, accountability, and commercial understanding. Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Quick Commerce Management Manage complete quick commerce operations (catalog, pricing, stock planning) Coordinate with warehouse & dispatch teams Track daily sales and stock-outs Monitor SKU visibility and performance Plan offers and ensure margin protection Ensure zero listing errors or downtime 2️⃣ Website Management (D2C) Manage product uploads, images, descriptions Optimize product pages for higher conversion Maintain pricing & discount structure Monitor order flow and payment reconciliations Improve overall website performance metrics 3️⃣ Inventory & Order Coordination Ensure real-time stock synchronization Prevent overselling and dead inventory Maintain SKU-level weekly tracking sheets Coordinate with dispatch for smooth order processing 4️⃣ Analytics & Reporting Daily sales report Weekly SKU performance analysis Inventory aging report Margin tracking Identify slow-moving SKUs and suggest action plans 5️⃣ Growth & Optimization Identify high-performing SKUs and scale them Suggest bundling strategies Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns Improve product presentation and listing quality Required Skills ~1–3 years experience in: • Quick commerce platforms • Shopify / WooCommerce or similar platforms • Marketplace backend (preferred) • Strong Excel skills (Pivot tables, lookup functions, reporting) • Basic understanding of contribution margins and unit economics • Strong coordination & communication ability • High attention to detail • Ownership mindset KPIs Monthly D2C revenue growth Quick commerce stock-out rate Website conversion rate Inventory turnover ratio Listing accuracy Order processing efficiency Location Faridabad (On-site) Compensation As per experience + performance-based incentives after probation.
