Celeste is a fast-growing premium tea brand building its presence across corporate gifting, hospitality, and curated workspaces. The brand focuses on high-quality, thoughtfully curated products positioned in the premium segment.

🔹 Role Overview

We are looking for a B2B Sales professional who can independently drive corporate sales and build long-term institutional relationships. This is a high-ownership role working closely with the founder.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close corporate / institutional leads

  • Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, and business heads

  • Drive B2B sales across corporate gifting, hospitality, and premium spaces

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation to closure

  • Maintain pricing discipline and brand positioning

🔹 Must-Have Requirements

  • 3–6 years of B2B / Corporate Sales experience

  • Proven experience in independent lead generation and closures

  • Exposure to hospitality / gifting / premium products / F&B / luxury segments

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Comfortable working in a high-ownership, founder-driven setup

  • Existing network in corporate gifting / hospitality

  • Experience dealing with senior decision-makers
