About the Role
PeopleElevate is hiring a GTM Lead on behalf of its client, ContentNinja.
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM builder who can design and execute a high-performance outbound engine. This is not a typical SDR or demand generation role—you will own the entire top-of-funnel motion.

Candidates without hands-on outbound campaign execution

What You’ll Be Doing
Build ICPs, segmentation, and target account lists
Identify decision-makers and map buying signals
Run multi-touch outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn)
Manage outreach tools (SmartLead / Instantly / Sales Handy, etc.)
Handle email infrastructure (domains, warm-ups, deliverability)
Write and optimize high-conversion messaging
Track performance (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked)
Qualify leads and create sales-ready pipeline
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
✔ 4–5 years in B2B SaaS / product company or B2B-focused agency
✔ Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns at scale
✔ Strong working knowledge of:
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Email outreach tools (SmartLead / Instantly / Sales Handy, etc.)
✔ Experience owning key metrics:
Reply rates
Meetings booked
Pipeline generated
