About PERCH - https://www.linkedin.com/company/perch-clothing/ We're hiring an immediate joiner for the role of E-Commerce Listings & Ads Specialist with strong hands-on experience in product listings and Ads management across e-commerce marketplaces such as Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata Cliq, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day e-commerce marketplace operations, optimise product visibility, and drive sales growth through data-driven advertising and listing strategies. Key Responsibilities: Listings & Catalog Excellence • Create, upload, and optimise product listings across e-commerce marketplaces • Improve discoverability through keyword research, SEO titles, descriptions & attributes • Ensure best-in-class content : A+ content, images, creatives & compliance Marketplace Ads Management • Plan, launch, and optimise Sponsored Ads / Product Ads across e-commerce platforms & Shopify • Own ad budgets, bids, ROAS, ACoS & conversion metrics • Scale winning campaigns and continuously optimise underperforming ads Performance & Growth Tracking • Monitor daily sales, traffic, CTR, CVR & Ads performance • Track KPIs like revenue, ROAS, sell-through, returns & inventory health • Share actionable insights through dashboards and reports Marketplace Operations Support • Coordinate pricing, discounts & promotional activities • Support inventory planning to avoid stock-outs & dead stock • Work closely with internal teams and e-commerce marketplace account managers Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in E-commerce Listings & Ads Management • Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces like Myntra, Nykaa, AJIO, Tata Cliq, Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. • Experience with Vendor Central, Brand Panels, Marketplaces Ads dashboards • Strong understanding of e-commerce marketplaces algorithms & Ads dashboards Office Location : https://maps.app.goo.gl/T5a3NattLkFa1QRCA If you lives and breathes product listings, marketplace SEO, and Ads performance, and knows how to turn visibility into conversions and revenue — apply now!
