Role Description This is a full-time remote internship role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. On successful completion of the internship, this position has the potential to convert to a Full Time Role. The successful candidate will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, managing the hiring cycle, and supporting employer branding efforts. Responsibilities will also involve collaborating with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish. Qualifications • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes. • Responsible for full cycle of recruitment from Sourcing to Closure/Joining of the candidates. • Ability to coordinate and execute Interviewing techniques and Hiring strategies • Knowledge of Employer Branding practices • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently • Interest or prior experience in talent acquisition or human resources is a plus • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
