Position Summary Role: Senior Frontend Developer React Experience: 4 6 Years Senior Level) Location: Noida Positions: 2 Openings Employment Type: Full-time Tech Stack: React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux/Context API, RESTful APIs About the Role Weʼre looking for two senior-level Frontend Developers who will take ownership of building a sophisticated, enterprise-grade interface for our multi-tenant SaaS platform. Youʼll work on a comprehensive system with multiple complex modules, focusing on performance, scalability, and exceptional user experience. This is a greenfield project giving you the opportunity to architect solutions from scratch, make critical technical decisions, and lead frontend development standards. Youʼll be instrumental in establishing coding practices, mentoring team members, and building a system that serves thousands of users across major enterprise clients. Senior-Level Expectations As a senior developer, you will be expected to: Technical Leadership: Drive frontend architecture decisions and establish best practices Ownership: Take end-to-end ownership of complex features and modules Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews and technical discussions Problem Solving: Independently analyze and solve complex technical challenges Code Quality: Set standards for clean, maintainable, and scalable code Communication: Effectively communicate technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Initiative: Proactively identify improvements and implement solutions Key Responsibilities 1.
