Healthcare Assistant

Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Nagpur, with an opportunity for some work-from-home flexibility. The Healthcare Assistant will be responsible for supporting patient care, including assisting with daily routines, monitoring patient well-being, and providing hands-on support under the supervision of healthcare professionals. The role involves manual handling, ensuring proper health and safety measures, and demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills to enhance the patient experience. Qualifications • Strong Patient Care and Medicine knowledge to ensure the delivery of excellent healthcare services and support. • Technical expertise in Manual Handling and Health & Safety procedures to create a safe environment for both patients and caregivers. • Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to build positive relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams. • Ability to work flexibly in a hybrid role, with some tasks performed on-site and others remotely. • Relevant certifications in healthcare assistance or equivalent experience are preferred.
