We work with franchise partners and on-ground service teams to deliver reliable, high-quality car care services to customers across locations. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to handle day-to-day operations, manage service teams and franchise units, and ensure smooth execution of orders with high service quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Operations & Service Delivery • Oversee daily operations of doorstep car wash and detailing services • Ensure timely execution of customer orders as per PEXA standards • Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues on priority Workforce Management • Manage field workers: attendance, performance, discipline, and productivity • Ensure workers meet attendance and work execution targets • Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and training of service staff Reporting & Process Control • Track daily and monthly order completion, revenue, and worker performance • Prepare basic operational reports for management review • Implement and improve SOPs to increase efficiency and reduce service delays Customer & Issue Resolution • Handle escalations related to service quality, delays, or complaints • Ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction Salary & Benefits • 25000 to 30000 per month • Growth opportunities in a fast-expanding brand Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Cell phone reimbursement Experience: • Operations management: 5 years (Required) Work Location: In person
