Assistant Manager/Manager - Production & Technical Support - Homologation Segment - Automotive

As a Production & Technical Support-Homologation at Listed Automotive Company, your role involves driving Localization & Value addition in country specific projects, Assembly Setup at Distributor, and Logistics Design Support. You will be responsible for establishing systems, policies, and guidelines for maintaining the process quality of products, as well as TPM at overseas assembly facilities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assembly Setup at Distributor - Prepare techno-commercial proposal and feasibility report - Equipment Planning, DAP, I&C - Process Planning, Layout design, Line Balancing - Quality system planning & deployment - Interface & alignment with country team/distributor - Logistics Design Support - Provides technical support for part packing design, stuffing planning & container layout design - Liaison with plant in designing, optimization & execution of packaging & container layout designing - Continuously benchmark new trends, industry practices, competition on load ability & packaging design improvement - Localization & Value addition in country specific projects - Establish systems, policies, guidelines for maintaining process quality of Products (Assembly) - Monitor TPM progress and KPIs In terms of qualifications, you should have a B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Production and Industrial, Automotive, Electrical, Electronics & Computer Science. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of homologation, industry standards on localization, analytical skills, and the ability to present ideas clearly.
