RCM Executive (End-to-End – US Healthcare)

Job Title: RCM Executive (End-to-End – US Healthcare) Location: Shyamal Cross Roads, Satellite, Ahmedabad Shift: US Time Zone (Night Shift – Full Time) Salary: 45,000 per month to 60,000 per month INR --- Role Overview We are hiring a highly experienced RCM Executive who can independently manage the complete US Revenue Cycle Management process end-to-end. At this stage, the candidate will function as a single-point operator, handling all operational steps personally until the team expands. This is a hands-on execution role, not a delegation role. --- Core Responsibilities (Must Handle Independently) 1. Patient Registration & Insurance Verification Eligibility & benefits verification Coverage validation Prior authorization follow-ups Referral checks --- 2. Charge Entry & Coding Review Review provider documentation Apply ICD-10, CPT & HCPCS codes Link diagnosis & procedures correctly Enter charges in billing software --- 3. Claim Submission Create and scrub claims (837P/837I) Resolve clearinghouse rejections Submit claims electronically --- 4. Payment Posting Post ERA & manual EOB Handle contractual adjustments Reconcile payments --- 5. AR Calling & Denial Management Call US insurance payers Follow up on unpaid/underpaid claims Analyze denial reasons Correct & resubmit claims File appeals when required --- 6.
