Role Overview We are looking for a performance-driven E-Commerce Advertisement Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across online marketplaces and digital platforms. The candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, improving conversions, and maximizing ROI. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces • Manage Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD), Flipkart Ads, and other performance marketing tools • Monitor daily ad spend, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, and conversion metrics • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis • Optimize product listings in coordination with the merchandising team • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports • Allocate budgets effectively to maximize sales and profitability • Participate in sale events and plan promotional ad strategies Required Skills & Qualifications • 2–5 years of experience in marketplace advertising or performance marketing • Strong knowledge of Amazon Advertising and marketplace ad dashboards • Good understanding of data analytics and Excel • Ability to interpret performance metrics and optimize campaigns • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
