Sports Physiotherapist

Location: Delhi Organization: PhysioKarma Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (High Performance Division) Job Type: Full-Time About the Role PhysioKarma Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its High Performance Sports Division and is looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Physiotherapist cum Fitness Enhancer to work with competitive table tennis athletes. This role requires someone who understands sports rehabilitation, performance conditioning, agility and injury prevention specifically in a high-speed racquet sport environment. Key Responsibilities • Conduct musculoskeletal and functional assessments of athletes • Design and implement sport-specific injury prevention programs • Deliver on-field and off-field rehabilitation sessions • Plan and supervise strength & conditioning programs tailored for table tennis players • Improve agility, reaction time, footwork speed, coordination and explosive power • Manage return-to-play protocols • Maintain athlete progress records and performance tracking • Coordinate with coaches and performance staff for periodization planning Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s / Master’s in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT – Sports preferred) • Certification or experience in Strength & Conditioning preferred • Minimum 1–3 years of sports clinical experience • Understanding of biomechanics and sport-specific movement patterns • Ability to work in a high-performance competitive environment Preferred Skills • Experience working with racquet sports athletes • Knowledge of agility drills, plyometrics, mobility training • Taping (Kinesio / Rigid) and acute injury management skills • Strong communication and athlete-management skills • Performance monitoring and load management understanding What We Offer • Opportunity to work in a competitive high-performance setup • Direct involvement in athlete development and tournament preparation • Exposure to multidisciplinary performance enhancement systems • Professional growth within PhysioKarma’s High Performance Division Location Delhi Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
