Digital Operations & Full-Stack Marketing Consultant

We are looking for a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media, and website management who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Search Engine Optimization (SEO) • Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies • Monitor website traffic and improve organic visibility Website Development & Management • Assist with developing and maintaining company websites • Work with platforms such as WordPress or other CMS tools • Ensure website performance and user experience are optimized Social Media Marketing • Create and manage content on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Plan and execute social media campaigns • Monitor engagement and grow the company’s online presence YouTube Channel Management • Edit and upload videos to the company YouTube channel • Create thumbnails, titles, and descriptions • Optimize videos to increase reach and engagement Content Creation • Develop engaging posts, blogs, and multimedia content • Support digital marketing campaigns with creative materials Digital Advertising • Assist with campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital advertising platforms Analytics & Reporting • Track marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics • Prepare reports and suggest improvements based on data insights Creative Tools • Use platforms such as Canva, Adobe Premiere, or CapCut for graphic design and video editing Requirements • Good command of English (spoken and written) • Basic computer and internet skills • Creative mindset with strong communication skills • Willingness to learn new digital tools and marketing techniques • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Positive attitude and strong work ethic Job Type: Part-time Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week Application Question(s): • How many hours you can work in a week? • Are you ready to work on evenings, night shifts and weekends? • What is your hourly salary expectations in INR?
