Backend Developer (Python – Django / FastAPI) Role: Album Automation & Processing Engineer Company: PicEra Pvt. Ltd. Location: In-Office Experience: 0–3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract About the Role We are building a scalable Album Design & Automation Platform that supports: • Manual album workflows • Template-based automated album generation • Image processing & PDF rendering • Revision tracking & background re-rendering We are looking for a Python Backend Developer who can build the core processing engine of this system. Key Responsibilities • Build REST APIs for album workflows • Design database schema (PostgreSQL) • Implement role-based access control • Develop template-based auto-layout engine • Build background processing system (Celery + Redis) • Handle image processing (resize, crop, composition) • Generate album pages (PDF / PNG) • Implement selective re-rendering (only affected pages) Required Skills • Strong Python (Django REST or FastAPI) • PostgreSQL database design • Celery + Redis • AWS S3 (file handling) • Pillow / ImageMagick • Experience working with background workers Nice to Have • Experience building SaaS products • Media-heavy platform optimization • Template rendering engines • PDF generation pipelines Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
