Your role will involve preparing clear summaries and insights to facilitate smooth handoffs for proposal and closing discussions, along with collaborating with internal teams to ensure a well-coordinated engagement experience for prospects.

Your high emotional intelligence will enable you to quickly build trust and rapport with prospects. Your natural curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions will help you understand underlying needs and guide problem-oriented conversations. A clear communication style to simplify complex ideas, along with a consultative mindset focused on building long-term relationships, will be essential for success in this position.
Basic technical skills required for this internship include proficiency in working with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, maintaining and updating lead trackers or simple databases, and a basic understanding of dashboards or reporting (preferred). Additionally, you should be comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and other communication tools for outreach.
Nice-to-have qualifications include exposure to GTM operations, sales enablement, or Revenue Operations (RevOps) concepts, prior internship experience in startups or high-growth environments, and familiarity with client-facing, sales, or customer relationship workflows.
The internship duration is 6 months, full-time and remote, with a stipend ranging from 25,000 to 35,000 per month, along with performance-based incentives. Top-performing interns may be considered for a full-time offer as a Client Relationship Manager, with a CTC of 810 LPA plus performance-based bonuses upon conversion to full-time.
