Junior Designer (Marketing) - Remote

We are looking for a Junior Designer (Marketing) to create compelling visuals that bring campaigns to life across digital and social platforms. Key Responsibilities • Design visual assets for social media, email campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages. • Support marketing campaigns by creating graphics that align with briefs and brand guidelines. • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all platforms. • Assist in producing motion graphics, GIFs, or basic video edits for campaigns (optional but preferred). • Adapt creative assets for multiple platforms, ensuring correct dimensions, formats, and quality. • Follow design briefs, incorporate feedback, and meet project deadlines. • Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and social media formats. Requirements • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or marketing design. • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or equivalent tools. • Basic understanding of social media specifications and digital marketing campaigns. • Strong eye for design, layout, color, and typography. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced agency or marketing team environment. • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Nice-to-Have • Experience in creating motion graphics, GIFs, or video content. • Exposure to email marketing, ad creatives, or campaign analytics. • Previous experience in a marketing or advertising agency.
