Position: Client Coordinator– B2B Pharma Location: Thane Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with clients on inquiries and requirements • Share quotations, COAs, MSDS, and relevant documentation • Generate and manage new leads and customer inquiries • Send commercial offers and support negotiations • Process and follow up on customer orders • Handle customer complaints and gather feedback • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution If you are from a Pharma, Chemical, or Biotechnology background, and have experience as a Pharmacist, Health Advisor, Clinical Coordinator, or Lab Technician, and are looking to transition into a structured corporate environment where you can build strong networks across pharma companies and grow in the pharma e-commerce space, this opportunity is for you. Candidate in and around Thane would be preferred.
