UI/UX Designer | Web & Mobile Applications (Tamil Nadu)

Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a minimum of 2+ years of professional experience designing user-centric and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will work closely with product managers and developers to create intuitive designs, wireframes, prototypes, and visual assets that enhance usability and engagement across web and mobile platforms. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with product and development teams to understand user needs and business goals. - Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. - Design visually appealing and intuitive UI components, including navigation, menus, icons, and interaction elements. - Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and improve design decisions. - Maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UI documentation for consistency. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics insights. - Ensure design solutions meet accessibility standards and responsive design principles. - Communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders. Requirements & Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Multimedia, or a related field . - Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products. - Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centered design and UX best practices. - Skilled in design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and Illustrator . - Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability methodologies. - Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively. - Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus. Preferred Skills - Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces. - Familiarity with usability testing tools and methods. - Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
