Manager - Finance

If you are excited about solving hard, real-world AI challenges at scale, this is where you belong. We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant to join our Finance team. Responsibilities of the Role: • Manage the following activities with the support of an outsourced accounting team: • Maintain Books of Accounts until finalization • Manage AP & AR accounting, analysis and followup • Payment and filing/returns of TDS, GST and other statutory taxes • Work with statutory auditors in India & US to complete audit in a timely manner • Liaise with tax departments, banks, external vendors and customers as required • Provide financial reporting to internal/external stakeholders • Complying with industry-specific regulation such such as telecom filings • Set up & improve the Company’s processes around budgeting, accounting & taxation • Set up & improve our ERP system (NetSuite) to generate financial reports & analysis • Manage special projects such as GST refund application, tax optimization, Advanced Pricing Assessment application Qualifications for the Role: • Qualified CA with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience • At least 3 years of experience managing accounting, taxation, audit for B2B software product companies • Up to 2 years of experience within the audit/assurance team of a Big-4 or comparable large accounting firm is preferred • Experience using modern ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite or SAP is required • Knowledge of US GAAP and multi-entity accounting (US parent co/India subsidiary) is required for this role • Strong written & verbal communication skills are essential for this role Feel free to DM me @ in case of any queries.
