Job Title: Lead Generation & Paid Campaign Specialist (B2B Service Sector) Location: Kochi – Infopark Working Days: Monday to Saturday Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a performance-driven Lead Generation & Paid Campaign Expert with strong experience in B2B service marketing. The candidate must have hands-on expertise in running paid campaigns, generating qualified leads, and optimizing digital funnels for conversion. This is a revenue-focused position. The role requires measurable results and continuous performance improvement. Key Responsibilities - Plan and execute paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google PPC, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads) - Generate high-quality B2B leads for service-based businesses - Manage website landing pages and optimize for conversions - Implement email marketing campaigns and automation sequences - Build and manage LinkedIn lead funnels - Execute retargeting and remarketing strategies - Set up AI-driven automation workflows (CRM integration, lead scoring, follow-ups) - Track campaign performance and reduce cost-per-lead - Submit weekly performance reports with clear KPIs Required Skills & Experience - Minimum 3–5 years experience in B2B digital marketing - Proven track record in paid lead generation campaigns - Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Experience in PPC, conversion tracking, and analytics - Knowledge in website development basics (WordPress / Landing page builders) - Experience in email marketing tools and automation systems - Understanding of AI tools for marketing automation - Robust analytical and reporting skills Preferred Candidate Profile - Performance-oriented and target-driven - Strong understanding of B2B service sales funnel - Experience working with industrial / corporate clients is an advantage - Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results Work Location Kochi – Infopark Monday to Saturday Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
