You won't just be making calls; you will be identifyingbrands that need high-quality visual storytelling and setting the stage for our BDMs to close the deal. Roles & Responsibilities: Targeted Lead Generation: Identify and research potential brands, corporate clients, and marketing agencies across India that require professional Ad Films. High-Impact Outreach: Initiate contact with "The Right Person"—specifically Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, and Founders—to pitch our production capabilities. Appointment Setting: Effectively communicate our value proposition and secure confirmed meetings/presentations for our Business Development Managers. Lead Pipeline Management: Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain a clean database of leads and meeting schedules. Market Intelligence: Keep a pulse on new brand launches and marketing trends to identify fresh business opportunities. Requirements: Communication: Fluent in English and Tamil (Additional languages are a plus). You must be able to hold professional and engaging conversations. Persistence: A resilient mindset with the ability to handle rejections and turn a "No" into a "Later." Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of how to identify a decision-maker within a company.
