Job Title: Telesales Team Manager Department: Tele sales Location: Jaipur Industry: Insurance Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Telesales Team Manager to lead and manage a direct telesales team of approximately 50–100 team members. The role involves driving sales performance, ensuring target achievement, maintaining team productivity, and implementing effective telesales strategies to maximize revenue. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): • Manage and oversee daily operations of a telesales team (50–100 executives). • Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Monitor call quality, productivity, and conversion ratios. • Develop and implement telesales strategies to improve revenue and efficiency. • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. • Motivate, mentor, and coach team members for performance improvement. • Ensure proper lead allocation and follow-up management. • Monitor CRM updates and reporting accuracy. • Maintain discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies. • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations and issue resolution.
