Non-IT Recruiter (Automobile Industry)

Experience: 2–3 Years Job Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment for Automobile industry roles • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and networking • Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with clients/candidates • Maintain and grow a strong automobile candidate database • Ensure timely closures and achieve hiring targets • Follow up with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring cycle Key Requirements: • Mandatory experience in Automobile / Manufacturing / Dealership hiring • Experience from staffing or consultancy background preferred • Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills • Target-oriented, proactive, and self-driven approach • Good communication and relationship-management skills
