Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Senior Sales Consultant. The role involves leveraging expertise in sales consulting to engage with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored automotive solutions. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, guiding customers through the buying process, and supporting overall sales goals. Qualifications • Proficiency in Sales Consulting and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively build and maintain client relationships • Experience in Consulting with a focus on understanding client needs and recommending appropriate solutions • Customer Satisfaction focus with the ability to exceed expectations and ensure memorable experiences • Strong interpersonal skills, a passion for luxury automotive sales, and a proactive sales approach • Familiarity with automotive technologies and features, especially relating to high-performance vehicles • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred, though relevant experience will be considered • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
