AI AND ML ENGINEER

Job Title- AI / Machine Learning Engineer Location: [Bhubaneswar] Experience: 1–5 Years. Company: VVSPL (Start-Up) Job Summary We are looking for a skilled AI/ML Technical Professional who can design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should be strong in data handling, model development, and translating business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and deploy Machine Learning & AI models • Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training • Develop and optimize ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, etc.) • Integrate AI/ML models with backend systems and APIs • Monitor model performance and improve accuracy over time • Collaborate with product, software, and business teams • Stay updated with latest AI/ML trends and tools • Document models, workflows, and technical processes Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills • Strong knowledge of Python • Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms • Experience with TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn • Good understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms • Knowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases • Experience in REST APIs integration • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP is a plus) AI/ML Concepts • Supervised & Unsupervised Learning • Model evaluation & optimization • NLP / Computer Vision (preferred but not mandatory) • Data analysis & visualization Educational Qualification • B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc (CS/AI/ML) Preferred Skills (Good to Have) • Experience with LLMs, Chatbots, or Generative AI • Knowledge of MLOps tools • Experience in startup or product-based environment • Problem-solving mindset with business understanding What We Offer • Opportunity to work on real-world AI products • Growth-focused startup environment • Competitive salary (as per experience) • Learning & up skilling opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
